How the numbers are funded
Most owners corporations do not fund construction themselves. The two common structures are an outright airspace sale (a lump sum into the sinking fund, with the developer carrying delivery risk) and a shared-equity model (the building takes a share of the completed value in exchange for the airspace). Both are compared in detail in our sell vs retain guide.
Ranges are indicative planning-stage estimates for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and are not a quotation, valuation or financial advice.
