Rooftop airspace development in Sydney
Sydney has the tightest housing supply and the highest airspace values in the country, and thousands of post-war walk-up blocks with flat, structurally capable roofs sitting empty above them.

- Typical approval window

Planning & strata pathway
NSW airspace projects run under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015. Most rooftop additions proceed as a development application to council, with a strata plan of subdivision registered after completion. A special resolution of the owners corporation is required.
We prepare the structural feasibility scan, the owners corporation briefing pack and the certification documentation, then coordinate the fabrication and crane program so on-site works stay within days.
